Facebook Marketplace Collection Service

Found a bargain on Facebook Marketplace but no van, no muscle and no time to drive across town? Our Facebook Marketplace courier service is the safe, insured alternative — we collect, photograph the item, blanket-wrap it and deliver it to your door. It's for buyers who would rather not meet a stranger in a car park with a wad of cash and an unfamiliar postcode.

Marketplace pickups come with their own quirks: tight high-rise lifts in Stratford, walk-up flats in Brixton, gated estates in Wandsworth, Saturday-only collection windows, sellers who don't speak much English and addresses that don't quite match Google Maps. We've seen it all. Our crews arrive in branded uniform with photo ID, the WhatsApp chat between you and the seller open on a phone, and the right tools to disassemble that IKEA Pax wardrobe before it ever sees the lift. We are the buffer between you and the seller — and the insurance policy if the listing turns out to be different from the photos.

Send the listing link and both postcodes on WhatsApp and we reply with a fixed price before you book. Small items up to 30 kg can ride on a shared route for £29.99, delivered within 7 days; a collection on the date you choose starts at £59, including the first 5 miles. Bigger pieces — corner sofas, dining sets, sheds — are priced by size and distance, not vibes. Add stairs, parking permits, dismantling or congestion-charge zones and we'll quote those upfront. Tracking, photos and an ETA arrive at every stage. It's the easiest way to buy bulky furniture on Facebook without ever leaving your kitchen.
